Behavior Intervention Technician 

We would like to nominate Ann Cech as our Inspire Award winner. She currently serves as the behavior intervention technician and Everett. She is always very professional, friendly, courteous, and hardworking. She shows great compassion and dedication for the students she serves at Everett. Teachers, parents, and students have the highest regard for Ann. 

As the behavior intervention technician, Ann has a variety of experience in a multicultural population with diverse socioeconomic levels. She always applies a very practical approach when supporting students. She models for other staff how to appropriately follow students’ plans, give feedback to improve other behavior responders’ skills, and maintain positive relationships with students.

Ann displays exceptional organizational skills. She follows student plans and collects and enters data to help ensure student information is up to date when teams meet. She has created a system of organization with all minor and major problem solving sheets within our building and making data easy to locate.

Ann is positive, professional, and helpful. All staff and students enjoy working with her and she has many strong relationships throughout the building. She represents Everett very well and is very deserving of the Inspire award.
