Janelle Franklin is a positive coworker. She is what all teachers should strive to be. Not only is she willing to bend over backward to help the staff and students be successful, but she also does it with such positivity! This is also evident year after year, seeing her students thrive in her classroom. We need merch that says WWFD... "What Would Franklin Do"! If a teacher (or student) thinks about how Janelle (Mrs. Franklin) would handle it, it would be the correct action. We are lucky to have such an amazing human on staff at Morley and in our lives. Janelle is always available when someone needs to share something exciting, big or small. She cares so much for her students and ensures they get everything they need to succeed! Since Janelle joined our staff at Morley, she has been a leader in so many ways. Janelle is the MTSSB co-chair and PAR liaison. She leads engaging and high-quality professional developments on PAR, trauma-informed practices, and more. Janelle is a Morley Mentor to two Morley students. She is a wonderful teacher to her students. She works hard to build a caring community in her classroom and provides excellent instruction. Janelle is a shining star leader at Morley.
