Jody has dedicated many years of service to the Norwood Park school and community. She is a leader on the special education team and is a mentor for probationary and tenured staff members. Staff go to Jody for ideas and problem solving and she is seen as a leader at Norwood Park. Jody is always willing to go above and beyond to do whatever is best for the Norwood Park community. Jody consistently provides learning opportunities in a safe and structured environment for all scholars that will have a positive impact on their lives. She positions all scholars as capable and has high expectations for ALL scholars! This is evident through her every day work and interactions with young learners and she expects nothing less than their best. She provides supports so ALL scholars reach their highest potential and knows that each and every scholar as capable. Recently, Jody has taken on the additional responsibility of being one of our Family Engagement Team Leaders to help strengthen the bond between school/home/community. She is committed to serving the Norwood Park school and community and is a light to have at our school!
