Mickie is an outstanding educator who goes above and beyond everyday to help students grow. She thinks very carefully about the needs of her students and plans intentionally to help them succeed. She is often one of the last teachers in the building each night as she works to be fully planned and prepared for the next day's lessons. She develops strong relationships with students and advocates for their needs. She communicates with families about students needs and strengths. She is also a supportive co-worker who often offers to help others. Hartley is lucky to have Mickie on our staff!
