Mike is someone who goes above and beyond at Schoo every single day. He consistently picks up needed class cover spots, coaches intramural sports, volunteers to serve as a coach and mentor for students, and never hesitates to jump in and help out when he sees a need. Mike has also volunteered to lead our staff in professional learning. He is a champion for equity and consistently challenges his colleagues to consider how we can evolve our practices to benefit all students, especially those who identify as part of marginalized populations. He is an excellent teammate who contributes positively to our school culture.
