Rachel Schlueter

Rousseau Elementary
Speech Language Pathologist

Rachel Schlueter is in inspiration to all at Rousseau. Her can-do attitude has made an impact on so many students' success. She presumes positive intentions as she interacts with students, staff and families. She makes learning meaningful for students. For example, she uses CKLA curriculum to make sure students get more touches on the content being taught in the classroom. Anther role she holds here is as a co-teacher. By doing this, she is able to maximize students' instructional time and partner with SE teachers. She is a team player and will constantly collaborate with others. She is also a team leader for the district and has a wealth of knowledge and experience. She is a wonderful coach and teacher to adults in the building. She does this by showing paras and teacher strategies to help students in multiple environments. Rachel is a life-long learner who is consistently improving her craft by staying up-to date on best practices. We know we have the best with Rachel. Not to mention, she teaches from a mobile cart. This allows her to meet all her students' needs.
