Darcy has gone above and beyond this school year as we have navigated all the new routines and procedures to keep books in the hands of students during a pandemic. She has spent countless hours finding just the right books for kids to put on carts, setting up choice boards and communicating with connections to the general education teachers to enhance their work in the classroom. Darcy intentionally looks for ways to expand the Adams library in creative ways. She has collaborated with the PTO to build our research book collection so that all students can access a book on their topic chosen. Darcy sends out weekly technology updates and writes blurbs for the school newsletter. She is a problem solver and positive advocate for kids. She inspires us and we are grateful she is at our school!
