Ayviona demonstrates many admirable character traits of a leader. She sets a good example for peers and younger students by being respectful, responsible, safe, kind, and trustworthy. Ayviona treats adults and peers with respect. She follows the Golden Rule of "treating others the way you would want to be treated." Ayviona is considerate of others' feelings and demonstrates empathy for others . She has integrity and is trusted to do what she is supposed to be doing even when no one is watching. She demonstrates that she understands the importance of learning by always trying her best. Ayviona is organized, attentive when she is completing her school work. Ayviona is fair, she plays by the rules and takes turns and shares. She helps people in need when she sees a need.
