Michelle Leidholt has always been the first. First English teacher at the new Entrepreneurship Focus Program in 2005. First embedded English teacher at The Career Academy in 2015. Now the First Focus Program Instructional Coordinator for Science Focus, Arts and Humanities Focus, and Bay High Focus.

Michelle brings a wealth of experience in doing school differently. She is an effective relator and communicator- benefit staff, students, and families of the focus programs with her expertise. With Michelle’s initiative, tireless advocacy for what is best for students, and experience - there is no doubt she has moved our programs forward. LPS focus programs under her leadership were already great, and with her new role- Michelle is making them even better. With Michelle at the front of innovation in this growing area in LPS, she will make a difference for students for years to come. We are thankful for Michelle!
